Comfortable, convenient, clean.

I almost satisfied my stay in this accommodation but the only inconvenience was that the lightings at bathroom and the kitchen was too dark.

Elevator access card didn’t work on the first day. Door main locked not working. Toilet and shower drainage were clogged

The place was quiet and a comfortable studio. A good walk to market market, SM Aura, and high park. Very clean and order less place. Restaurants close by. 8 min drive from St. Luke’s Hospital.

You will get a smell some nights from neighbors cause place is small. The small couch folds out but thin…would have been nice for extra padding like a futon padding and pillows. There is no hot water but not to cold…will adjust. The handle to the left seems less cold than the right. If there was hot water I would rent again.

The property was well maintained and clean. The location is perfect, It is located within BGC and is a short walk away from SM aura, serendra and BGC highstreet.

"It was overall very good stay"

I liked the stay overall. Very straight forward, and comfortable room. It was also good that there was a refrigerator so i could store some food during my stay.

Finding a key was bit confusing, and the entrance to the apartment was bit confusing at first.

Location for Market Market, High Street is excellent. Walking distance to St Luke’s. Nice pool. Quiet on the 35th floor. Arranged massages in a studio on the second floor

Elevators are being upgraded, so give them a pass. Would have been nice to have gym privileges . It was lightly used.
