Super Hotel O Vaishnavi Palace

I didn't like the room and checked out on 10th evening itself, it's waste for my money Bathroom is in worst condition and no light also. They collected early checkin fee of RS 500 too.

Room was spacious.

At the time of booking it was mentioned that Breakfast is complementary, however the hotel people denied to provide breakfast. So breakfast was not provided. Room was not clean. We make them to change the bed sheet, pillow cover after asking for several times. They did not provide towels, soaps. we have made them to provide after asking for several times. There was no proper light in the room. TV was not working. They did not provide shampoo. There was no hanger in the cup board. cupboard was full of cockroaches. Room services was not good. Need to call and asked the same thing couple of times. They did not return the change and took extra from the room fare saying that they do not have change.

Please dont book through any application. They wont give you room on app booking. They ask fir 1200 per room.
