Property was comfortable clean and tidy

It was quite spacious and was located in a nice part of the park

Very close to my partners family house and great bar and restaurant on site which we used.

Nice and close to the park facilitities. Easy to find. Coffee machine was great even though we didnt use it the option was great as a coffee lover. Information folder was great for info and instructions on appliances. Broom dustpan and hoover. Beds were very comfortable, plenty of bowls and crockery, and plenty of kitchen. Storage for food.

You cant park your vehicle outside the caravan you have to park at the top and walk down to the van with all you things. There was someone else's socks in the draw in the twin room, found quavers on the floor, the small side table was falling apart. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Fridge was very small cant fit a 6 pint of milk in the door. The windows were not shut properly by the hinges, had to open and pull in tight in the left hand corners near the hinge to close correctly.property didnt have an iron.

Clean well maintained site, friendly and helpful staff, good variety of activities and entertainment. Very short walk to Walton beach, Pier, bars and restaurants.

Fire didn't work. Dining table wobbly. Mattress protector had few stains on it. One heater didn't work.

the caravan was at the back in a nice quiet location away from the main entrance

the property wasn’t cleaned properly and it really damped smell in the caravan. The parking was a nightmare to get a space not enough parking on site.
