Perfect location if you want to explore the Rutland area, Cambridge and Nottingham. Great, that there is a safe parking spot directly on the property. Overall a really cozy room that feels welcoming perfect for 2-4 days. It's nice that it has a little kitchen with the main thinks one needs for a breakfast. Be aware that the Bed is quite soft, which is fine when you like that :). On top, we liked the super uncomplicated communication and management with the host.

A cabinet for clothes would be great and also the shower did not have that much water pressure, but I am sure, this was a temporary issue, that's easy to fix.

We were provided with very clear information

Stayed here last year and hope to next year too. Forfills everything we need as two girls in separate rooms. Very clean and homely. Nice to chat with the owners who live next door and Mark at the management company. Bus stop across the road. Off street secure parking. It's been a great find for me.
