We were staying for work. Location

No parking even though it stated there was a parking space which was why I booked the property No communication - I phoned and messaged the host but received no reply The boiler was turned off. Took ages to get hot water. The staircase to the apartment was rough and dirty

The property was large and the common spaces were good.

The unfinished windows and doors looked bad and there was no insulation around them. There was also scaffolding outside all of the windows and doors, with workmen having access to the property through the sliding doors which did not feel safe. The beds weren’t set up the way we asked them (this was rectified on the 3rd day however). The lift was also out of order and the property is on the 4th floor.

Windows where broken building is covered in scaffolding can’t see anything out of them, getting to the keys is a bit of a treasure hunt.

The apartment is very large and spacious.

The area surrounding the apartment block and exterior of the building is rough and unpleasant. The front of the building is covered in scaffolding blocking the balcony and windows.
