Oven broken knob broken of and in kitchen draw .Floor seen better days. every thing had seen better days . Front of Chest of draws hanging of when u open it . Ant power across flesh hold and windows we had small child with us who is not yet walking so very dangerous .fridge broken No bars in door .did not take any photos off chalet as worst chalet ever had and believe me had afew would not recommend to any body was like watch slum landlords on tv . Clearly only interested in profet not customers comfort . One word sums it up [dump]

To be honest I didn't like it

Issues found! ▪️Cobwebs and spiders (over 40 counted) everywhere had to hoover before I could unpack ▪️Floors filthy ▪️Cobwebs in the cupboards ▪️Pillows and duvets have seen better days and need replacing  ▪️Oven door very loose cobwebs inside ▪️Alot of chipped plates and cups and I had to wash up before we used anything ▪️Email states we get a £50 voucher for cleaning up but my feet were cleaner than the floor when we arrived. ▪️Hot water pipe extremely loud ▪️No curtain on the kitchen window ▪️Shower curtain ripped and mouldy ▪️Mould everywhere around the bath ▪️More batteries are needed for the TV remotes ▪️Smoke alarm battery needs changing ▪️Old cheese on the grater ▪️Odd amount of cutlery and crockery ▪️Old invoice in the drawer with takeaway leaflets dated back from 2019! ▪️The shower pull cord is very loose, so the shower kept cutting out What was meant to be a stress free weekend away from work turned out to be a nightmare. It definitely wasn't cleaned before we arrived to be greeted by cobwebs in our faces in every room. Shame I could only post 4 pictures because I have alot more!

Property was very dirty. Upon arrival, it smelled musky and horrible. Unfortunately, for us, we had to leave a day early because we were restricted to the cold tap in the kitchen. Which meant no hot water!!Bath taps were stiff and could not use to run a bath, because we could not turn the tap, to turn off. Every time we used the bathroom and kitchen hot tap, we would be welcomed with a very unpleasant, very loud humming noise from the pipes. Reported it to maintenance to be told that there was no issue with the pipes and no noise. after being told that that the maintenance person would be round, but could not give a time…we chose to leave and not wait because we had a fun day planned else where! (why should we let it ruin our weekend) we did not want to ruin our weekend. We were told that the maintenance person could not report a problem!!!!!!Very strange! Sofa was filthy! Beds really uncomfortable, which meant we barely slept! so overall, absolutely horrible stay!! we couldn’t wait to get out. it certainly didn’t look like the cleaner had gone in and given it the once over. Cobwebs in every corner. Battery missing from T.V remote. Also no blind or curtain on the kitchen window. So no privacy in the Lounge/kitchen. Just a view for the drunks that would walk past every now again! Would never return!!!!! my biggest mistake was never taking photos and videos.

After booking you get sent an email with all info on. What is not said when booking is you have to pay for electric. And you have to bring your own bedding and make your own beds, if you want their bedding it's 60£!!!!! That's the same proce for one night! What kind of person decided to charge that?? Talk about daylight robbery. There was only enough glasses and mugs for 2 people. The infomation stuck on the kitchen cupboard is for someone else completely different, for a caravan so the infomation is usless. They are only stagged from 4 to 7pm. Shower goes from scolding to cold. Have to bring your own towels and shampoo etc. Only one plug in bedrooms. Only one toilet roll.

Too far from beach, taps in chalet in Bath impossible to turn on and off, load noise every time hot water used, no one advised there was an electric meter so when it ran out at 10.30 at night we had to search in dark. No batteries in remote and batteries needed renewing in fire alarm
