"Sneaky hidden costs."

It was convenient, clean, ideal for our team to stay during an event

Your taken away from booking.com for a checknin process where your charged a hidden £100 damage waiver. This is not refunded. Its a skeanky little trick and i wont be back as a result of their sly dishonesty. They also need some more substantial curtains in the downstairs rooms as your woken by the sun at 5am.
