"A good apartment with a well equipped kitchen but would advise to take ear plugs for the night time"

It has a spacious living area.

It was very noisy at night and in the early morning. You could hear lots of noisy from building next door . We think it was a coffee machine ,

The apartment is located in a residential area of Madrid so there's a lot of grocery shops and good coffee and breakfast place just around the corner.

The place was not very clean, the floors were not vacuum cleaned at all. It lacks simple things like salt, pepper and oil, given that it offers full kitchen. it's not suitable for kids as it has long staircase that cannot be blocked by doors or any other type of security. The host wasn't very professional as we asked to leave our suitcases at the apartment so we can move around until our flight. He told us to ask again 24 hours before the checkout time which we did, and then he ghosted us completely. He replied only when the checkout time was passed and we already arranged something else.

Everything was brand new and super clean, big and bright. Extremely happy to have chosen this apartment for our first ever Madrid trip.
