Unfortunately there is almost nothing i did like except the location.

The property pictures at Booking are redacted, and apartment description does not correspond to reality - there is no mezzanine floor, the bedroom is located in wet, stinky, and very, very cold cellar. The whole apartment is in terrible conditions and unfortunately I've realised it only when I saw the entry door, but it was already late - payment done... The host is absolutely useless and even more, very distractive, while asking 10 stars for no reaction on dirty and smelly bed linen, no solution for closing the hole in cellar through which outside air seamlessly coming into "bedroom", no reaction on broken furniture, no reaction to any of my requests. I feel myself cheated and robbed after my stay here.

Host was very unhelpful , at begging of the stay we made a call to the host as we was having trouble opening the front door and he shouted at us and cut the call . We are a family of 4 people and we all had to sleep upstairs in the living room as basement room was full of dump and it smelt bad. my stay at this place was horrendous. would not recommend to anyone.

The property had a nice shower and was spacious. Located in a good area close to metro links and many restaurants.

The beds were not cleaned properly and had some really disgusting smells. I stayed one night at this property and the following morning woke up to several bites from bed bugs. I was assured the property was cleaned regularly but there is no evidence of this. I tried to discuss this with the apartment manager and they were having none of it.

The sheets were dirty, the espresso machine didn’t work, the shower’s doors broken, the floor was very dirty and the towels were smelly and dirty.
