"Modern comfortable, well equipped apartment in great neighborhood."

Comfortable, clean modern apartment. Very well equipped. Great bathrooms. Super easy access. Handy location - plenty of supermarkets and restaurants and 20 min walk to all the main attractions.

Lounge area really only has seating for 2 and would be very cramped if you had 6 people staying. In need of some minor tidy up repairs. Main issue was noise from the neighbors. Very very thin walls so can hear talking at night and their alarm clock goes off from 6-7.30am (no not exaggerating). This only seems to affect the middle bedrooms not the back room. If you’re an early riser then no issue.
