Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please note this is a privately owned unit. Guests must be 25 years of age or older to check-in without a parent or official guardian. A rental agreement will be sent to you by the property management company and must be returned within 24 hours. Guests must also provide a copy of identification and the credit card used to make the reservation along with the signed agreement. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card to the hotel’s front desk upon check-in. Only the person whose name the reservation is under will be permitted to check-in. Please note for stays of 6 days or more, mandatory cleaning must be done every 6 days. An extra fee applies. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
