All the facilities were great location perfect

Bit of a damp problem

Location is very good as train station is at bottom of road

Very strong damp smell which needs attention as even bedding under the bed had a damp smell so I could not use it and pillow cover on bed had not been washed as had strong smell of aftershave. Would be a nice property if damp proofing was done as we could smell it even before stepping in front door. Would not stay more than we had booked for i.e. 2 nights but very close to beach and station could be lovely place to stay if it was corrected also did not like the frosted glass see thru toilet door this is not for everyone but ok if you just want something close to everything Did not mention to owner as was not sure if I could get any sort of refund or compensation as it did serve our needs at the time

Easy access for disabled

Definitely location! At flat we had everything we needed . Kitchen cabinets were all set up and ready to use. Easy check in and out.

Just the one thing… the little toilet with shower . Hard to keep dry and avoid damp surfaces.
