"Escalate"

When are you gonna get my full refund due to unsafe, and landlord negligence? Not to mention his attutude. Ciuldnt even provide a towel. I was stuck there w no wxtra money. I need this escalated to code enforcement. And i want a refund for putting me at risk

"Short stay @ short walk 2long"

Great kitchen tools. Wide selection of TV channels.

AC blows directly on bed... no other option. Furnishings were marginal at best. Table wobbled, Rolling desk chair uncomfortable. Incredible glare from any and all light fixtures both indoor and outdoor. Made the stay VERY uncomfortable. Shower was so small shower curtain stuck to my body. Max angle of shower head pointed out instead of down.

"Give it a shot"

It was secluded away from the busy street, it was clean with nice decorations it is only big enough for two people but that's all we needed me They allowed my big support dog and my other little dog which they had plenty of room to run around in the gated fenced in yard which also locked. They don't not really take pets so that was nice for them to allow me that consideration. I would say book it if your just aaparty of one or two it would be perfect

It could have been a little bigger because of my dogs.

"A scam posing as a house stay, a waste of time and energy."

I wasn't able to like anything as the host failed to provide access, even though I'd already paid.

The host asked me to put my safety at risk as a prerequisite to my stay, after I had already paid, then refused to provide access to the place. Over the booking.com chat they asked for my id and credit card for confirmation purposes. Given that its totally inappropriate to ask someone to send their credit card info over an unsecured format, especially since I had already paid, I did not do that. They said it could cause delays, but when I arrived at the place the lights were off and it was locked. I called the number and a male voice answered and said I hadn't sent over the confirmation info. I told him he should not be asking for people to give their info in that format and to come give me access to the place I had already paid for. He refused and said to contact booking.com. So I went back to my car, asked for a refund through booking.com and he refused any part of a refund, saying I had failed to comply with policy. By this time it was late, I'd had a really long day of travel and presentations and my head and feet were aching and I just wanted to shower and crawl into bed. But instead, I was met with this aggravating person who appeared to be ripping me off and had to troubleshoot in my car. I called booking.com and they were reasonably responsive and noted that no, hosts should not be asking guests to provide personal information that could put them at risk of fraud. Then I found a hotel nearby by checking google maps, there was no way I was going to use booking.com again in that moment. Booking.com then let me know they would be refunding me in full for my reservation and offered to pay the difference in what I was paying at the replacement hotel. The next day the refund was in my bank account and they had apologized for the hassle. So I will use booking.com again but I won't be taking any individual rentals, professional motel or hotel only.

The bed was comfy. And the TV had lots of apps. The kitchen was fully stocked.

The bathroom was tiny. The kitchen was also small. In addition the host gave me instructions to the wrong location. My girlfriend waited for 3 hours to get the correct instructions to the location of the rental. Then on top of all of that he was rude and short with me. I had to call booking.com 3 times to deal with his dumb azz! Then the heater/AC hadn't been cleaned since the dawn of time. The hot water in the shower lasted 5min 🤬. Then upon check out the host tried to charge me $300 for the bedsheets. He said I damaged them. I declined to pay because I didn't damage jack sh#t! He must be lacing his Mary Jane with crystal meth if he thought I was ever going to pay for something that wasn't either Egyptian cotton or Chinese silk! But like I said I didn't damage anything. I personally won't be going back. I hope you read this and know at the very least to stay away till the hot water heater gets fixed.

Nothing. Never got to stay there.

Purchased a booking, the pin did not work, called the property owner, was told the booking should not have gone through, and was told they would "handle it". Booking was never cancelled, I didn't not receive money back, had to book a more expensive location for the night, was told by booking.com that I would receive a call back in 3 hours and 7 hours later, nothing.
