1079 - Frontline Puerto Banus Apartment

Everything clean , perfect place ,the owner very nice person we will be back for sure.

Everything is new, and everything is like the pictures in the center of Puerto Banus in the heart of the Puerto

The elevator For 8 days The elevator Was broken The appartament is situated in 4 floor The hot water After two quick showers war finish and you must wait one hour

Amazing location - in centre of puertos banus near the shops and port

Showers in both bathrooms leaked water all over floor, not enough toilet roll supplies, ac was leaking onto floor all the time whenever you turned it on, bed broke on first night so one person had to sleep on sofa

The only thing I liked about this property was the layout, lots of space in the apartment however overall very dissatisfied

when we arrived at 3pm for check in our room wasn’t ready. even though I had been in contact with the property numerous times about arrival time, when we arrived at 3pm the cleaner was still in there. the place smelt like cigarettes, there was still food in the sink, beds were not yet made, rubbish at the door, cleaning products left in the bathroom, the cleaners lunchbox on the side in the kitchen and vapes left behind. At 5pm the cleaner still was not done. The communication for check in was terrible, they had us walking back and forth. would not answer the phone to us, we thought we had been scammed! I now understand why, they were trying to stall us from checking in because cleaning was not done on time for us checking in. I received a message “maybe go have a drink at a bar while we finish” The apartment is in a very dodgy back street behind the main port. As 4 young women we were harassed constantly by men everytime we left the property. the apartment furniture smells of cigarettes so bad that the smell never left the apartment even when we opened windows. the lift of the building smelt of urine! I have screenshots and picture evidence of all of this

no one to meet and greet couldn’t find property for 3 hours and no washing products for shower etc

very nicely renovated, loved the bathroom. centrally located

a lot of noise on Saturday night from the party nearby
