Camas confortáveis, apartamento limpo, eletrodomésticos excelentes

Chuveiros- a água quente não era suficiente para 4 banhos sequenciais. Tínhamos que ficar esperando um intervalo de tempo entre um banho e outro. Chegávamos cansados e não era possível, por exemplo, eu e minhas filhas lavarmos o cabelo no mesmo dia

Property was a lovely set up for us as a family of 3 - daughter loved her mickey and Minnie room. Kitchen was so well equipped from Tupperware through to coffee machine, massive fridge and freezer. Lots of plates and cutlery. Beds were very comfy and we slept well! Loved having an outside space for morning coffees. Had 4 ducks or some kind of birds that visited every morning. Being able to laundry every day was great - washed and dried and came home with only our dirty clothes from the day we left! Very peaceful. Location was brilliant - 10 mins to the outlets, 10 mins to Disney, Publix just outside, lots of great restaurants a short drive away. Was about 25-30 mins to universal but we knew this when we booked. 10 mins from celebration. Facilities were good. Lazy river and water slides big hit with daughter - nice bar. Smaller pool by us was nice for swimming in.

Nothing about the property. It was brilliant and we were so sad to leave! Only complaint are the hours of the pool and fitness centre - 9am to 9pm put a stop to early morning swims and getting a work out done before heading out for the day. But this by no means affected our stay (just my waistline!) Will be recommending Storey Lake to anyone that asks. We absolutely loved it.

I didn’t like the late check in and the early check out I feel it should at least be 11 a.m. for check out.

Kitchen supplies were awesome. Very clean and nice. Washer and dryer was super convenient. Brought home clean clothes. Close to Kissimmee. 20-30 mins to Orlando and all the parks. Beautiful pool area with bar food and snacks. Comfy couch. Would love to stay again.

Only thing I think may have helped that wasn’t already there would’ve been towel hooks in the bathrooms since you use your towel a couple of times. Master bathroom has a bar but we hung swim suits/towels from that. Bath towels we draped over the shower or areas in the closet.

Very functional and well located.

Dirty floors and bedlinen. Under sofa and beds were probably not cleaned in a while.
