La ubicación y tener el parking gratuito a pie de casa. El apartamento está en muy buenas condiciones y surtido de menaje. Las fotos son fieles a la realidad del piso.

La ubicación, demasiado distante del centro y deficiente transporte público. Falta también más aislamiento acústico en relación con los otros vecinos del bloque.

Apartamento novo com aquecimento, estava tudo limpo e com todas as condições referidas. A cozinha tinha o equipamento essencial e as casas de banho incluem aquecedor de toalhas. O rapaz que fez check in era muito simpático e acessível. Ainda tivemos direito a um lugar de estacionamento em parque subterrâneo perto do alojamento. A localização é boa, sem muita confusão, mas ainda temos de caminhar 20-25 minutos até chegar ao centro e ver as luzes de Natal
