422 Quiet, beautiful flat with sea view

I’m giving 1 star even though the stay itself was actually good, because the way the deposit was handled completely ruined the experience. The apartment was nice and I would have happily rated it 4/5.
However, the deposit requirement was not clearly shown when I booked. I paid it anyway, left the place in perfect condition, and expected a quick refund as stated. Instead: No response when I asked about the deposit after my stay. After a week, I called and was told the refund would be processed that day — it wasn’t. I called again and was ignored. My deposit was finally refunded one month after I left, which is completely unacceptable and caused me inconvenience as I needed that money. I contacted Booking.com support as well, but they were no help at all — they blamed the property and took zero accountability. The stay itself was good, but this behaviour from both the property and Booking.com was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I wouldn’t stay again simply to avoid repeating this experience.

Big apartment and open. Great location. Swimming pool. Comfortable beds. Balcony with a view over the lively main street in the area.

The apartment was great but I would have liked to see hangers on the walls for clothes, both in the bathroom and where you enter the apartment (the hall/lobby).

Ottima posizione, ha tutto vicino, dai supermarket,ai ristoranti, ai bar… Vista stupenda e casa molto moderna, qualità-prezzo ottima.

The appartment is large and pleasant. The location depends on your needs, close to restaurants, bus stop, shopping center. Major problem is parking space, none is available most of the time, have to wait for someone to leave a space. In te app. there is no dishwasher, hence the many some pots and pans are greasy. All manuals for microwave etc are only in Spanish. There is no manual for the TV. The swimming pool is great. Over all we had a very good holiday.

Very nice apartment. All you need and more. the view is great especially at sunset. The sun goes down exactly in the middle of the 2 Hard rock hotels. Very close to shops and restaurants also a shopping centre at 400m and 2 supermarkets( closest at 100m). If you have a car in 5 km there is a Mercadona market with adjacent a chinese huge shop for everything you might need. we got a Christmas tree and lights for 3 Euro. The owner was extremely kind. He brought us a present and also a Moka for induction once we told him the one we had was not the correct type.Pizza across the street is good but a bit expensive and personnel not so warm, pizza is still nice though.The swimming pool water is a bit ( more than a bit) cold but after the first shock you can enjoy it and the pool size is great, better than the pictures. All is clean pool, apartment, everything.

Leaving!!!.. A very minor thing but this is just our preference, we don't like in general the memory foam pillows. There was only a normal pillow for the beds. All the rest in foam, very modern, probably healthier and more expensive but hard. Just a personal taste. I would made available the usual type ( not so hygienic maybe). Who cares? Great holiday.

There was no breakfast but the location is absolutely amazing and stunning. Recommended 100% for anyone who travels with kids or two couples because there are two great and comfy bedrooms.

Lack of parking space. The apartment does not offer a parking space and so if you rent a car (and you kind of need it) you should be aware that parking is a tetris game every day you arrive. There are no specific hours for when the parking spots are getting freed, it's rather difficult but this is everywhere on the island. Just know that if you bring a car you need to consider difficulty in finding parking spot.
