Perfektní umístění ve středu města, všude lze dojít pěšky. Apartmán prostorný, čistý, teplo. Komunikace s majitelkou dobrá.

Velký problém s bezklíčovým vstupem do apartmánu. Bezkličovy vstup u hlavního vstupu ok.
