Stan je nov i uredan . U zgradi postoje aparati za kafu , sokove i slatkiše sto je dobro .

Oko zgrade je gradilište i parkinga gotovo da nema . Onaj koji je vezan za zgradu je zakljucan i sa rampom. Pri tom se jos po malo siri miris kanalizacije sto je bzv .

Sadržaji u zgradi -spa i velnes centar, igralište za decu, otvoren bazen i restoran.

Lokacija -dosta udaljeno od centra,nedovršenost naselja (naselje u izgradnji sa nedovršenim stazama i aktivnim gradilištima na više mesta na kojima se pravi buka tokom celog dana), neopremljenost kuhinje u apartmanu (dostupan samo osnovni pribor), nespremnost apartmana u trenutku dolaska (apartman nije bio očišćen nakon prethodnih gostiju).
