This hotel was amazing! Staff were so so lovely all the time. Most rooms are up a steep hill, the hotel use golf carts to transport guests around the resort. Staff so helpful and always have a smile on their face. Not too far away from the town. We stayed in the honeymoon suite and the views were breathtaking worth getting a sea room view! The food here was lovely we tried both restaurants. The pools are so nice overlooking the beautiful views of Koh samui. We had the best time and cannot wait to return in the future.

I have nothing to fault everything was so perfect.

Segítőkész barátságos személyzet. Szilveszter estére tökéletes ünneplést rendeztek a vendégek részére. Egy kis balesetünk történt, nem a szálloda hibájából, maximálisan a segítségünkre voltak mindenben, amiért külön köszönetet szeretnénk mondani.🙂🙏 Szép tiszta hatalmas medencék, csak ajánlani tudjuk a szállodát.🏝️☀️

Eine wunderschöne Anlage, super nettes zuvorkommendes Personal. Sehr sauber Zimmer wie auch die Anlage. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet. Uns gefiel auch die Lage gut etwas ausserhalb von Chaweng aber ist mit Grab oder Taxi in 10min in Mitten des Geschehens. nahe beim Hotel hat es ein Scooter Verleih welcher super ist.

Vorsicht bei den Standard Zimmern ist die Klimaanlage etwas älter und durch das sehr laut auch der kleinsten Stufe. Ohne Klima wird es im Zimmer zu warm in der Nacht. Wer gerne ruhe zum schlafen braucht wird es so eher schwierig haben. Das Personal war sehr bemüht darum es uns komfortabler zu machen. Haben verschiedene Zimmer derselben Kategorie angeschaut. Wir haben uns am Ende entschieden gegen Aufpreis eine Pool Villa zu nehmen. Dort sind neue Klimageräte montiert welche leise sind.

Hyggelig og serviceminded personale, rene rom og fasiliteter. Fint treningsrom. Alt i alt er bra hotell.

Dyrt for mat og drikke, ikke lov å ha med egen drikke som brus ol i bassengområdet.
