Very big apartment, close to the beach and the main shopping street ( shops, bars , restaurants and coffee shops, food market)

There is a strong bad smell coming from the main bathroom and also not having a smart TV for the guests to watch Netflix or Prime or Apple TV , it is basically a place without a TV

Great view, large rooms, marble floors, does not need air conditioning as it enjoys a beautiful breeze from the hills, new furniture, comfy beds. Bathrooms are dated but good quality and perfect.

We were given only one set of keys, ask for a second set when booking. Ensuite bathroom needs hangers. The terrace with a view of the sea is on the top floor, it has no furniture and has been used as a dog toilet so we did not use it.

Upon arrival we were asked to pay $30 cash due to being stuck in 2 hours of traffic. Both of the doors to the balcony were broken and there is no AC. I asked the gentlemen if we could have an extra fan for a bedroom and it was ignored. So, we all slept in one bedroom since there was one fan. To keep it cool we’d keep the windows open, which have no latches to the wall or way to stay open, so throughout the night the glass would bang. One of the shower pipes are rotten, horrible smell throughout the stay. Was not clearly told what to do at checkout & the language barrier didn’t help. Pillow cases smelt like mildew.

Very big apartment, comfi bed with lots of blankets and pillows, huge balcony, elevator and secure garage, 7 min to the beach.

The most what I did not like was the staff and their attitude to solving problems: they think the client is always wrong and would argue fiercely with you instead of fixing problems: microwave was missing, TV remote missing, washing machine not connectable as it missed the el. socket adapter, knives missing, sewage smell in the bathrooms, very dirty floor, etc. In general, very uncozy and noisy stay. Disappointing.

great stay in central chiavari. pick up of keys was simple. apartment is a good layout and setup. Very comfortable. Good stable WIFI. Balcony was very nice and peaceful. short walking distance to beach, train station and downtown everything!

the shower in the main bedroom bathroom didnt drain well, water would get everywhere. The other shower and all other facility are very nice.
