The location was very good and communication with the owner was also good.

The apartment is not a two bathroom accommodation as it states on the advertisement. It is a one bathroom with extra toilet. The complex is residential with only a few holiday apartments. The neighbours on both sides of the apartment were not friendly and did make us feel uncomfortable at times.

Fantastic location. Lovely complex close to all amenities. Good sized duplex apartment with plenty of space.

Absolutely terrible beds. Probably the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. Daughter slept on the couch for 4 days rather than on one of the beds. Couch is actually a sofa bed but we could not figure out how to open it and our contact didn’t know either.

Terrible beds - two bedrooms, one with double bed with very thin memory foam mattress. Other bedroom with twin beds and awful old sprung mattress, possibly ok for small child but definately not for an adult

We Licked everything about this place. convenient quiet location but close to shops bars and restaurants nice big pool, sun on terrace till around 4pm but later in pool area washing machine was great and the fridge was the best we've had for keeping things really cold

Not that we did not like it and it did worked well but the shower head was not the best. but this would not stop us from booking again

We were here for the Lanzarote 10k & father Christmas races the location was great for the finish and collecting race numbers. Property was quiet and had all we needed including Netflix and a washing machine. Supermarket, Restaurants and get cycle track/footpath along coast

Beds could be a bit better but OK

Location is excellent, in the heart of Costa Teguise, only a few minutes walk to Las Cucharas beach and the Promenade which takes you Playa Bastian. Literally two minutes walk to "The Square" - Pueblo Marinero the main hub of Costa Teguise for bars and restaurants and a Hiperdino supermarket right on your doorstep. The host is excellent, replies to any communication very promptly. We arrived late and they provided excellent instructions on how to collect the keys to the accommodation, which was very easy. We had a very minor issue, which I messaged the host about on our second morning, which they responded to and fixed straight away - excellent service. They also provided some welcome touches for your arrival which are very much appreciated. The complex itself is residential, rather than tourist accommodation, and is very peaceful and quiet, with a fabulous pool. The house itself has everything you could require (and more). It is a very comfortable home from home. We would definitely book again.

The only thing I could say is the pool could have been warmer :D, however this is not unusual in Costa Teguise. We've been visiting CT for 12 years now and the pools have always been cold wherever we have stayed at any point in the year!

The location of this apartment is spot on. Just 5 mins walk to the main beach, shops, bars and restaurants. The apartment is a very generous size and it’s nice having the bedrooms upstairs. Bathroom upstairs as well as a toilet room downstairs. Really good size kitchen diner with a well equipped kitchen, including full sized fridge freezer, oven, microwave and coffee machine. Utility room with Washing machine was a bonus too although it was faulty! (Still managed to use it) Lovely front garden with Sun loungers and outside dining set. Another rear garden with a second dining set as well as washing lines. We arrived at the apartment late at night to find water, pop, coffee and fruit supplied! As it was my 40th whilst we were there, the owner also left some wine, chocolates and a birthday card! The apartments came equipped with beach towels, bath towels and plenty of spare bedding. It was also nice to arrive and see some toiletries and cleaning items already provided. Fans in both bedrooms as well as the living room was a bonus, especially in the heat! Free wifi was also an added bonus. Plenty of wardrobe space in both the bedrooms too. The owner was very easy to get in touch with via WhatsApp and was very responsive. He gave us detailed instructions on entering the complex as well as finding the key for the apartment as it was so late. Superdino supermarket right outside the door for food shopping and toiletries. Very handy!

There were no mirrors in the main bedroom , or anywhere to store toiletries. Would’ve been nice to have a little vanity area to get ready rather than having to keep taking things into the bathroom or second bedroom (not easy as a family of 5!) Bear in mind that this property is set on a residential complex. There is no entertainment or pool bar. There are no Sun loungers around the pool, just in your garden. No inflatables or ball games are allowed in the pool. It’s a very quiet complex, but the location means you are not far from the town if you want something more lively. I would recommend this apartment if you’re looking for a quiet stay or a base close to the main town. If you’re after a lively apartment complex, this place isn’t for you.
