Oceanfront was nice, having the use of a kitchen, and the studio was very clean.

Private studios purchased online, was not aware of having to was wash your room towels, washcloths, kitchen towels and so on at the customers expense washer/ dryers are not in a studio also check in was a bit scary after paying over $1,700 the receptionist was not that helpful with checking in they didn’t even know the property owner for my studio, OCEANEDGE ALSO LISTED AS SEASCAPE YOU GET NO ROOM SERVICE in private studios if you run out of toilet paper you buy it and the property the studio is on they will not give you anything as they are not apart of private studios if you need clean towels you cannot go to the front and get anything you wash them in a coin machine that is ancient old.

The owner was excellent. Great communication and the property was just like the pictures. Very clean and super cute!

The only thing I was disappointed in was the restaurant located on the property. Breakfast was not worth paying for.

Annette the owner was the best part of this trip. I had a very bad issue with something personal and she helped me through it. She was about as understanding as a person could be and I really appreciate it. The room was very clean and very, very nice and there's an incredible view of the ocean.

The room was not clean the beds were old and we could feel every spring, the bedding was dirty and very out dated. The cost was ridiculous after talking to other guests who paid a quarter of what I did!
