La limpieza y el estado de las instalaciones. La atención telefónica muy buena y rápida

La TV sin señal. El agua caliente el primer me tuve que duchar con agua fría, el segundo día después de muchos minutos con el grifo del agua caliente por fin salió agua caliente después de dejar correr el agua durante 5 minutos. En ningún momento vi personal del hotel y tampoco nadie te explica cómo funcionan las instalaciones compartidas como la cocina .
