"Other than the cleanliness the Airbnb was nice."

The space was good, I like the lay out, and the location of the airbnb.

I was not really pleased with my stay. When walking into the air bnb we needed to use the rest room, as soon as we went to use the bathroom there was bugs coming out of the toilet and the toilets were stained really bad. Then when walking into the kitchen there were two baby roaches coming out of the kitchen cabinet. The place could use maintenance and cleaning. Walls were scuffed, stairs were dirty, walls on the third floor was dirty. The bathroom on the third floor tub was stained. Just needs updates and deep cleaning. The owner tried to accommodate as far as refunding but it was midnight and hard to find another place to stay since we were out of town. The owner did express that the place had been vacant for three to four weeks but that isn’t a good excuse doing to this being scheduled almost three months ago.

"Overall experience was great except the minor things I mention."

We love the fact that we were in a secluded area. The stay was good. We love it was only four of us and everyone had their own bedroom with the bathroom.

We don’t like that there wasn’t any complimentary coffee, water or snacks for your guests when we got there. Also, the garage kept getting stuck. We don’t like the fact that the bathrooms were nasty. The rings around the toilets were disgusting. The tubs need to be scrubbed and detox good. There were razors that wasn’t removed from the drawers in the bathrooms. On Sunday when it was time to leave and remove covers from the mattress to place in the baskets, the mattress are stained very bed it’s time to update the mattress. Also, it’s time to do a little touch up painting.

"Great family get together in Nashville,. Everyone had their own room"

Big and lots of room (lots of beds). Close to coffee shop and brewery.

No dish soap or laundry soap. Walls were very scuffed up-could use a coat of paint. Very limited towels.

"Place could use some simple maintenance !"

Several light bulbs out, floors filthy. Our socks were very dirty from walking around and we spent very little time there . Toilet paper was awful, bathroom sink barely drained.
