Nhà Nghỉ Sơn Lâm - Ba Bể lake Best view

Great location, right on Ba be lake. The room is comfortable and clean. Nice hot shower. Staff is very friendly. We rented a kayak to kayak on the lake. You can also book boat rides with this homestay. The dinner is elaborate, tasty and for a reasonable price. It's a communal dinner. Instead of biking along the lake, you can also take a small ferry with your bike, the drop point is next to the homestay.

Nice and quite big room, the terrace is also a plus

We had difficulties to find the host, e.g. during the evening or in the morning when we wanted to leave. A bit more availability would be great.

Amazing hospitality. The owners were so nice and accommodating. The food they cooked was delicious also.

Room is very small bathroom smaller Bed hardest I have slept on in my 4 weeks in Vietnam meals was very average the walls are so thin you can hear the people next door talking like they were in your room. We booked room with terrace and lake view. Room Somewhat misleading. Some rooms have no heat.

Fabulous views. Very welcoming owners and great food. Highly recommend the boat trip organised by the owners with their boat. Invited by the family to New Years day breakfast which was a real treat. Thanks you.

Spectacular views of Ba Be Lake! Stay here if you want a peaceful location with a gorgeous lake view and still within walking distance of caves, shops, etc. Hosts are extremely welcoming - they went above and beyond in helping to arrange transport for us back to Hanoi. Meals here are huge and incredibly tasty. Rooms are spotless and look brand new. Two terraces where you can enjoy your morning coffee while looking out on the lake.
