Everything inside is updated and comfortable. The kitchen is big and well stocked. Smart TVs in 2/3 bedrooms and living room. Pacman Gaming nook! Very quiet.

Should be priced lower when one of the bedrooms is not used. For the price it was far from the beach and boardwalk. Not walkable. The inside is nice but there is only one chair on the porch which is an older PVC chair that was dusty dirty, and two big trash bins next to the unit. Several wooden slats were recently replaced but not painted and the porch is dirty. The neighborhood seemed a little unsafe with boarded up windows across the street and there is a construction site across the street. Not a very welcoming sight for $500 per night!
