Staff was very friendly but unfortunately we were given a room two away from the lobby and dealt with loud talk after midnight and starting up again at 5, apparently getting ready for breakfast. No healthy options for breakfast other than orange juice. Unfortunately this seems to be the norm for most chains other than Drury.

"It was okay, just need another form of entering the back rooms."

It was okay. First time I stayed there.

The fact that it was only one elevator all the way in the front and my room was all the way in the back. The stairs were the better and faster option, which was very an inconvenience for me.

"The hotel its self was fine, the hotel and booking.com communication was terrible."

The convenience of location

When we got there, around 1:40am, I was told that Booking.com never paid them for the room and want over $200 for the room. After 30 minutes of him on the phone with the manager and me on a call from booking.com, I finally got to my room around 2:15am.
