"Hotel did not honor price."

The amenities were not as described on booking.com. The hotel would not honor the pre-paid reservation through booking.com and required an additional $199. I had to call booking.com several times, and while they said they would take care of it or relocate us, they did not call us back for almost an hour. By then we had made other arrangements and it took a long stint on the phone to get refunded.

"Loved the room not customer service"

Room was great. Bed comfortable.

I booked room through booking.com. They took my credit card( thought for incidentals) but actually charge for the room again. It’s been 3 days of trying to resolve this issue and have been given the round around. I called my capital one card and they are trying to resolve the problem. POOR consumer service!!!!
