Casa Misette 200mq a due passi dal mare

Ein absolutes Erlebnis, man fühlt sich wie ein moderner Adeliger. Nur zu empfehlen. Die Wohnung hat alles, was macht braucht, jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad, die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, weniger Meter vom Strand entfernt, die Hauptstraße direkt vor der Tür, was aber ein für ein Geräuschpegel rund um die Uhr sorgt. Zur Eihnung führt eine Treppe, kein Aufzug vorhanden. Check In unkompliziert und der Host ist richtig cool.

La casa è bellissima e molto ampia, nel cuore del budello a 2 passi dal famoso muretto di Alassio e dal mare. Il gestore risponde in tempo celere quando chiedi qualcosa. La cucina è attrezzata ed è stato molto piacevole aver trovato le cialde del caffè a disposizione. Utile avere un bagno in ogni stanza anche se uno di essi è veramente piccolo

Poca attenzione nelle forniture, era presente un rotolo già iniziato di carta igienica in ogni bagno, non sufficiente per 6 persone per 3 giorni (abbiamo dovuto comprarla). Mancava il phon sebbene indicato su booking, carenza importante, soprattutto perché c’erano 2 anziane. Ci sono 2 rampe di scale da fare non consigliato per gli anziani. Peccato che una casa così bella non abbia balconi!!

De locatie van dit appartement is meer dan perfect! Midden in de pittoreske winkelstraat van Alassio pal achter zee. En ook nog boven een kleine supermarkt die precies heeft wat je nodig hebt. Dus elke dag haalden we verse broodjes, fruit, kaas en boter. De locatie maakt ook dat je de minder luxe badkamers accepteert. De slaapkamers hebben airco, je hebt ontzettend veel ruimte, er is alles wat je nodig hebt zelfs een wasmachine. Het is de Italiaanse charme die ons gegrepen heeft. Wij komen graag een keer terug! Goed om te weten: in het weekend kan je na 20u geen alcohol kopen in de supermarkt.

De slaapkamer met het hoge bed was een beetje warm ondanks de airco. Maar er was een goede ventilator!

The flat is very spacious and beautiful. It is located in the very heart of Alassio and if you are traveling by train close to the station. The host was also very helpful and the communication was easy.

There were quite some stairs and no elevator.

Lovely spacious living room and kitchen. Each room had bathrooms albeit quite small ones. AC in each bedroom. Location great. Good car park a short walk away.

AC was pretty noisy as it’s not a split system.
