Hubo malos entendido con la Chica de la recepción además el internet era pésimo encima mis padres y yo de extremo a extremo ellos en la 102 y yo en la 118 ofrecí pagar la diferencia no se me permitió siendo que la habitación 103 estaba vacía no me ayudaron Booking les contacto y nada LO PEOR FUE LA INTERNET INESTABLE TOTAL en lo demás buena limpieza

I paid twice for the stay, but I received confirmation on my phone. The receptionist did not receive confirmation. I did not receive a refund for the first booking. There was no internet. The shower faucet did not work. The phone line was off, and I was unable to call the front desk.
