Motel 6-San Antonio, TX - Fiesta Trails

I like the front desk guy, he was always very friendly and even called me back to see what I needed after I waited on hold and I hung up the phone. He was very helpful.

I didn't like if exciting off freeway from a certain way, you had to make a cross to the other leave in barely any time to make the turn without missing the entrance.

No stained beds for a cheap motel. Everything was clean just old..

Tub looked gross. And if you have colored hair they'll try and keep your deposit so bring your own towel and bleach if you want to shower. Very rude morning staff locked my puppy inside before check out time. Then after I checked out and was putting GPS on. The staff approached my car to question me on the Tub stains from my hair and told me next time i can't do that. So I'm guessing next time I can't use the shower. Very rude.

Decent facility. Room was clean, no complaints. When it was time for a shower, I turned on the water/shower head and the shower head popped off. I went to the front and they had maintenance fix it right then and there. So customer service was great. Hotel is in a great location.

There is no free breakfast , all the stuff that they have for sale in the lobby is totally overprice 1 can soda $2 , reg oatmeal CRM pie $2 each . The box they got it from was $2.88 for 6 count

No one thing I liked about this place, no TV and I asked if they can fix it or give me other room and they said no , and one more thing the restroom was the ugliest restroom I've ever been in and no lights but rest room only

I didn't like one thing about that place I asked for a discount they ignored the question
