MTCommunication with the owner was good. Very clear instructions on location and how to enter. The location was very good as you are close to the metro and supermarket
The room was dirty. No way can you not remain with your shoes inside the room. The blanket also had some stains. The walls are so thin you can hear everything around you. Any time someone uses the bathroom, you are definitely awoken due to the racket of water you hear. The bathroom was honestly not appealing to use. The bathtub looked like something out of a horror film with stains by the drain. The shower had good pressure but was completely clogged. You have to stop mid shower to wait for the water to slowly drain to avoid the water over flowing. The bathroom in general was not clean at all. There was hair and dust as if it wasn't recently cleaned. For the price we paid, which wasn't super cheap, this accommodation was way below expectations

Unfortunately the bathroom is excessively dirty. I saw that was noted in other reviews but I’m a pretty dirty person myself and have a high tolerance so figured it would be ok (I’ve slept in all kinds of environments). It turned out much worse than I had expected - the floors, sink, and bathroom shower was very dirty, like a high school gym’s bathroom. We didn’t feel comfortable using it. Also there was no warm water so we had to take cold showers. The rest of the apartment including the room and kitchen is quite clean though, so I don’t know why the bathroom is kept that way. The existing tenants are quite nice and good people too and accommodating, it’s really only the bathroom that needs to be cleaned a bit…but it is a big problem.

Bit dusty, lots of hair in the shower drain. A family lives there and they seem to be night persons, so it is very noisy overnight (doors opening/closing, pan/kitchen noises between 12 am to 2 am). Recommend to make sure you received the check-in instructions before arriving to avoid waiting outside the building for over half an hour.
LBThe property is safe and in a quiet area which made it really nice to rest. The owner is very nice and can help you if you need anything.
The girl in the other room is very nosy, disrespectful sometimes, and might be very loud at night especially if she has friends over.
