Townhouse In Palma 300 mts To The Beach

Very helpful property management company, they really went out of their way to help us to support my Mum who is 90 and has limited mobility. They were also really helpful about some small changes we made after booking, and they kept in touch during our stay to make sure everything was going well. Thanks, Poppy!! The property itself is wonderful for a family holiday - 3 big bedrooms, a bathroom or loo on each of the 3 floors, a very comfy sofa and a well-equipped kitched so we could prepare some of our own meals. Perfect location if you want to be in the Old Town of Palma, close to a great sandy beach and an easy stroll along the city walls to the cathedral and the heart of the town.

Not a criticism, but worth mentioning that you have to climb a fairly steep flight of stairs from the street to the front door: worth thinking about if you have elderly or disabled family members.

Very nice and comfortable house in perfect location

It is a big spacious house with 3 floors. Marta was a very kind and informative hostess. The facilities like wwshwr/dryer/equipped kitchen are very good. Location is very good too.

I knew there is no air conditioning before booking it and there are fans provided in each room and it helps a lot. However it can get quite hot in there in the summer. Some sockets don’t seem to work but there were lots if sockets so we didn’t have too much of an issue

The location was excellent, close to the cathedral and beach. I found several favourites when it came to cafes and pastry shops. really made my mornings.

lots of stairs so be prepared to carry your suitcases but it’s expected for town living.
