A million questions and the property is in then middle of a drug dealing place, absolutely horrible place

Nothing even the advertised parking is joke you cant het parked. Trust me when I tell you the reviews are fixed this place is awful, not worth anytbing. Unless you want to fight with the drug dealers for a parking place

Close to everything and a lovely place to stay.

The front door has a clear issue, we had issues getting in when we arrived and it was raining so once eventually in we and all our things were soaked. The party who arrived the following day for flat one also had an isdue with the door that we helped them with and explained it, so it does need fixing as it is an ongoing issue and the onky thing that was a negative on the stay.

The location was excellent. Really close to the town centre and station but on a very quiet road. The house was warm and comfortable. The heating was easy to operate and it was wonderful having two bathrooms.

On arrival we found the door very difficult to open and discovered that the guests staying on the ground floor had actually had to call a locksmith to get in earlier in the day. I messaged the landlords (who had contacted me via WhatsApp while I was on the train) but they didn't respond. I contacted the management company and they initially said I would have to pay for a locksmith then said if I followed their instructions, there shouldn't be a problem but even when I asked them to send instructions, they failed to do so. I was quite stressed the first night as a result as I was worried how we would get in the following day when we went out. I practised with the door the next morning and felt confident I understood how to do it and although it is still difficult to open, I managed to do it. Other things that would have improved the property would be things like: a bottle of milk left in the fridge, at least one other lamp in the living room, shower gel in the shower and bath and a nicer Christmas tree with lights. The photos on your site are very flattering as there is some grubbiness and a feeling of not much money been spent in some areas. The bottom of the shower screen was dirty and there were lots of cobwebs around the light fitting on the landing.

Clean central well equipped. Very good.spacious. really liked it

Two doors difficult to get into . . Needs checking Pillows too soft. Need replacing

The apartment was very clean and tidy , the beds were all very comfortable, location was great easy to head into town. Free Parking permits were provided at our request and parking in the area was available which was a positive for us. Will book again very soon

Location was good. Place was lovely and clean and plenty of tea, coffee etc.

One of our party left behind some expensive perfume by accident. Despite contacting the maintenance company through booking.com and speaking to someone. asking for it to be returned (obviously postage would be paid) no effort was made to return the item. Disappointed
