condition of the property was poor. safe wasn’t working, living room sliding door would not lock, kitchen sink was leaking, guest bathroom toilet paper holder was broken. it took management company 5 days to send a maintenance guy over.

we knew this building because we booked about 5 times and stayed there on our vacation, every time is getting worse!!!! in special owners side which it seems a little cheaper but!!!! the scam you because they have hides fees! to the end you get on a bad apartment , the bed linen which are like white actually is grey color, the comforter very dirty with piss and poop,the towels as well grey with yellow stains, the safe was out ? we asked someone to come to fix, thanks the hotel they sent a person to fix but battery was death, the worst is you call this company who is renting those apartments you call the owner and no one answer you , then they sent a message they apologize for inconvenience but no one came to fix to replace the battery. No cleaning staff , and there isn’t daily cleaning because is owner’s apartment. But even they don’t leave for you staff to clean yourself, and the biggest surprise was the beach, before when we stayed this building you just come to the beach and sun beds were just in front of hotel, what they did now they put on your arm the bracelet, and those who are responsible for sunbeds push you away like outcasts sending you all the way very far to walk for another sunbeds and they don’t care you have kids even new born - just you are outcast of this building!!!!! it seems to me that someone bought this building and they are trying with all their might to ruin it!!’n worst ever vacation we had at! never come again! and be careful about this apartment they just take your money and then they don’t care about yours issues there!!’n
