Lovely 2-Bed 10 mins walk from Puerto Banus

Apartment was in a good location. The lady who checked us in, Maria was lovely, helpful and friendly.

Upon checking out, we had a different lady called Josefine. When we checked out, josefine stated that there had been complaints and issues with ourselves and other residents of the community stating that there were ‘arguments and aggressiveness’. Myself and my friend were confused as we were hardly even in the apartment, we were out all day, went to get changed, and out all night and we explained how we hadn’t even seen or spoken to any other residents. Josefine then attempted to withhold our SECURITY DEPOSIT of €200 due to this ‘accusation’ which is NOT ACCEPTABLE as this was a security deposit, the apartment was left spotless and as it had been found. She then became verbally hostile stating that ‘oh I see where your attitude is from’ and threatening to report us to Spanish authorities. I feel like this security deposit is a whole scam. The company and people who run this property have been reported to the appropriate parties, including booking.com and the Spanish authorities. I have never experienced such hostility and disrespect. This is not acceptable and I am awaiting updates regarding this.

Das Apartment war ruhig gelegen

Normalerweise schreibe ich keine Rezessionen, aber hier muss ich einfach eine schreiben, da mehrere sehr ärgerliche Sachen vorgefallen sind. Angefangen hat es damit, dass uns der Mann zur Schlüsselübergabe über eine Stunde hat warten lassen. Als Begründung gaben Sie an, Sie hätten auch andere Arbeiten zu tun und außerdem haben Sie kleine Kinder zu Hause. Als wir uns den ersten Abend ins Bett gelegt haben ist uns aufgefallen, dass das Bett (Bettdecke und Bettlacken) nicht neu bezogen waren, uns das ganze Bett noch nach den Leuten gerochen hat, welche davor da waren. Mir ist noch nie so etwas ekliges passiert. Leider hat auch das Internet und der Fernseher sowie die Heizung nicht funktioniert. Wir waren im April da, und da hattes es Nachts teilweise 10 Grad. Die Lage ist ohne Auto nicht zu empfehlen. Es sind gute 15 Minuten zum Strand. Auf dem Weg dorthin gibt es nichts. Es ist ein reines Wohngebiet. Insgesamt war es sehr enttäuschend, und das bin ich von Ferienwohnungen so eigentlich auch nicht gewohnt. Normalerweise gebe ich nur gute Bewertungen ab.

The apartment was spacious with a huge balcony and had amazing facilities including a fully kitted kitchen, towels and hair dryers and even a complimentary bottle of wine! Our host Nadir was lovely and went out of his way to ensure that we had everything we needed for a smooth and comfortable stay. We had to check in extremely late and Nadir catered to this for a fee. The apartment was spotless and perfect for what we needed and we would definitely book again.

The only improvement to the apartment itself I can think of would be a full length mirror. As a group of girls we like to check how we look before we go out 🤣 A couple of points to consider (which are nothing to do with the actual apartment itself) is that the pool area had no sunbeds so you have to lay on the grass. Another point to note when booking is on the day of check out, we had to check out at 10am and our flight wasn’t until the evening, therefore we had no access to toilets/ showers. Luckily Nadir was kind enough to let us leave our luggage in his apartment.

El apartamento es bastante amplio. Tiene todo lo necesario y está muy limpio. Las instalaciones son magníficas, con piscina.

Great stay with a supermarket fairly close. Near the action of Puerto Banus but a really nice quiet spot to relax. Pool was great and the apartment was perfect, comfy and clean :)
