Bristol City Stays - 1 Bed - Pembroke Court

Loved how spacious and comfortable the apartment was! The heating was on upon arrival so it was nice and warm. We really enjoyed having some outside space, too. Our hosts Debbie and Louise couldn't have been more kind, accommodating and approachable (thank you again very much for our anniversary gifts!!) - no doubt we will look to stay here again when next visiting Bristol!

The only small thing is that it would have been a bonus to have a bath, as shown in the photos, as we don't have one at home so it would have been a nice, relaxing treat - but the shower/bathroom was lovely, modern and spacious!

Kookfaciliteiten konden beter: vaatwasser werkte niet goed (alles erna nogmaals afwassen), weinig servies (bakjes en borden), botte koksmessen, geen koffiemaker, geen kurkentrekker

Well equipped, spacious and comfortable. Nice quiet location. Staff were helpful and friendly (and assisted in sorting out some problems).

The complexity of the security system and the car parking arrangements was over the top and created difficulties, which took some time out of our trip to sort out.

apartment was a bit cold, the light in bathroom stopped working at some point, water in the shower were not steadily warm (waves of cold water), kitchen was poorly equiped, communication with maintenance was very poor - they couldn't contact me by any kind of internet messanger like whatsapp/signal/telegram.

Access on arrival was a bit of a struggle with lots of keys and codes. The car park instructions refer to a red door we found 4 red doors before we found the right one and the spring on the apartment front door was so strong it was difficult for us (oap) to open. There was so little cutlery and crockery that the dishwasher was irrelevant

Spazi ampi. Pulizia eccellente. L'host è molto gentile e reattiva: ci ha accordato il checkin un paio d'ore prima del previsto e ha risposto prontamente quando all'improvviso e inspiegabilmente è partito l'allarme sonoro nell'appartamento, trovando la soluzione al problema. Grazie.

Ventilatore rumoroso e impossibilità di dormire con la finestra aperta perché l'appartamento al primo piano è facilmente accessibile tramite tettoia e muretto. Nelle calde giornate di agosto è stato un problema. Avrei apprezzato qualche confort d'accoglienza in più in cucina (carta, sale, detersivo per lavatrice) utile a chi si ferma solo qualche giorno.
