I just like that the place is near T3 NAIA, so it is convenient to go to the airport. Good thing that the owner is responsive and takes calls.

The place has no provision for soap, shampoo or any sanitary kits. You will have to ask the caretaker and then they will buy from some store which will take about 30-40 minutes of time. Even the wifi of the place is not working, so we had to ask the owner again, luckily they provided a backup wifi but its speed was too low.
