The property is completely surrounded by close neighbors, making the terrace unusable.

Excellent large and comfortable house even for 5 of us. The view was incredible on the top of the hill, harder to walk down/up but quiet and secluded. Plenty of car parking spots around making location better. We walked few times but mainly driving a car to the beach and supermarkets.

Nothing for this price as not 5* hotel.

1. Really nice view, especially from the second floor — you can even see the ocean! Most of the time it’s very quiet around, except for some noise when people are watching football matches. 2. The kitchen is very well equipped — lots of utensils, dishes, pots, and appliances. You can easily cook anything you want, which was a big plus for us. 3. Plenty of beds and sofas, so there’s always a comfortable spot to relax, whether you want to sleep together, separately, sit and watch TV, read a book, or just chill. There’s also a big terrace right next to the house — great for relaxing outdoors. 4. The kitchen and the living room are combined into one big open space on the first floor, making it the main relaxation area. It felt very cozy and convenient to hang out there.

1. Size of the apartment: The listing mentioned a size of 200 square meters, but in reality, the apartment is only about 80 sq. m. This was disappointing, especially considering the high price of 500+ euros. Although the apartment is in a two-story building, part of the space is occupied by stairs and bathrooms in each room. As a result, the bedrooms are fairly small, and the beds are not king-size. 2. Location and access to the apartment: The main issue is not with the stairs, but rather that the apartment is located in a residential area with multi-tiered housing and townhouses. To get to the property, you need to walk up or down a 150-200 meter street at up to 30-degree incline. This path can be quite challenging, especially for families with small children or older people, especially during rainy weather, when the streets turn into what I would call mountain rivers. 3. Electrical issues: On the third day of our 21-day stay, there was a short circuit that caused a power outage in several rooms (lighting). Fortunately, the electrical systems on the second floor, including the kitchen, were working, so the first floor was operational at about 80%. Attempts to fix the problem took around a week, but it was never resolved. The owner of the apartment refused to offer any compensation, suggesting only that we move out, which was not a real form of compensation. The electrician mentioned that the electrical system in the house was quite old and couldn’t identify the cause of the short circuit. 4. Pests: The apartment had cockroaches up to 5 cm in size, which is typical for tropical and subtropical regions. This wasn’t a major issue for us, but maybe it makes some sense to the reader..

I really liked the stay in these apartments, the view is beautiful, it's good that there is a barbecue.

This is a lovely townhouse with everything you need for relaxing holiday, on arrival we were met by Clement with the keys which was great as he answered any questions we had. The walk down to the beach takes around 25 minutes at a leisurely pace and the location was great, however the walk back up would have been a bit of a challenge but taxis were so cheap (5 to 8 euros) I feel it is only fair to mention that this is located in the middle of a large complex with steps to reach this lovely townhouse either way, do not let this put you off it really is a lovely property and great value for money.
