Penthouse with pool by Costarentals - Ref 214

The location was fantastic and the view was great. Sunrise was lovely when sat on the terrace

It would have been nice to have the elevator right up to the floor as my mum has trouble with her knees and hip and she found it a bit of a struggle climbing the stairs

Location was good, views were amazing. Hot was excellent and the lay out of the apartment was great. We would have used more of the outdoor facilities if it had been warmer in the evenings ( but we do understand it is winter lol. We wish had found the avenue to the beach earlier.

We had delays on arrival, so it would have been nice to of had a small welcome pack and we one tea towel was not enough for 9 days. We manage to get heating working but found it difficult to transfer TV to English re: Wi-Fi

Absolutely stunning property. High end furnishings and fittings. It had everything we needed for our stay. The apartment is beautiful and the terrace is amazing. Loved relaxing in the hot tub after our days out. The location is perfect for visiting Mijas and Malaga. There is a lovely park across the road, it’s a 5 minute walk to the beach and a 20 minute stroll to the marina. There is a laundry and supermarket within the development.

There is nothing we didn’t like about the apartment (though the development itself looked a bit tired). We were clearly the first to stay, evident by tags still on some items. My only suggestion would be that the sun loungers need cushions and more bedding would be needed in the cooler months. A manual to explain how all the high tech gadgets worked would be helpful, it took us a while to work things out.

It’s was very modern and high spec. A beautiful place

No washing machine and only had 1 set of bedding and towels The lift only took you too floor 11 and had to walk a flight of stairs which didn’t bother us but might if elderly or pushchairs
