Property it self was really good. Very good kitchen with all necessary things. Single beds really good and plenty of room for two people. Good WiFi for working remotely (two at the same time)

House is east facing and no sun at all (only about 30 min. through narrow corridor) to outside space... Outside space was unclean and looks like they think that it`s not in use on winter time. Nearly all outside light bulbs were broken (fixed when mentioned to agency). In one corner was cat`s toilet! Kitchen roof lights flashing like strobo every now and then (poor quality led). Double bed was too small for two grown up adults. There was two AC units with heating and both needed cleaning service (filters allmost glogged). Gas heated water... Sofa was not cleaned properly. See all photos! One really bad thing was it that there was broken electric travel adapter plugged in and danger of electric shock! Airport transfer (ordered from house agency) was worst ever... From Airport to house othervise ok but driver did not speak english and have to wait about 15 min. From house to airport driver did not show at all and did not answer the phone (same with agency office phone, they didn`t answer first but they call back when we were already in taxi). Have to order Taxi and drive via their office (deliver keys) on the way to airport. Cost us about 25€ extra and took more time.

Loved everything. Wonderful spacious house in a great location.

The property was in a good location to bars & restaurants and short walk to the beech.

The strong smell of cat wee & poo in the garden area, garden area badly maintained, air conditioning leaks into the room so couldn’t use, arrived on Saturday night had no hot water till Tuesday then although there was two showers you could only have one person showering or the hot water would go off, no where to sunbath. Tv didn’t have any English channels, cats always trying to get in the villa and sleep on the patio furniture outside.
