Apartment in Fuengirola by Costarentals - Ref 227

Lo que más nos gusto fue el apartamento y su ubicación, también decir que estaba bien limpio.

La entrada era a las 16:00 el equipo de limpieza no llegó hasta las 15:40 y nos tuvieron en la calle hasta las 16;50. Tras quejarnos nos dicen que vayamos a comer y les pasemos la factura que ellos nos la pagan esto fue el lunes pasado a pasado una semana y un día y seguimos esperando que nos pagen la factura encima una triste factura de 10 euros que tuvimos que comprar la comida en un super por que a esas horas esta todo cerrado para comer .fatal para aparcar no dispone de aparcamiento y en la calle es gratuito lo cual nunca hay hueco

The apartment was very badly cleaned. We found the TV remote hiding in between the sheets on the bed and it was 'listed' as one of the items that must be there and supposedly have been checked which it wasn't. The sheets were dirty with blood stain. Behind the bed, behind the bidet and toilet it was very dirty. Floors were not cleaned as when we first arrived we took our shoes off to walk in as is out custom and to our surprised out socks were very dirty. They want you to take the trash out daily but they only left us 3 bags for trash (for the kitchen and bathroom) and we were renting for 2 weeks time for 3 people. The bed is in very bad shape the inner side towards the wall has a bump and it really hurts the back. They left us only 2 pods to do 2 loads of laundry for an stay that was 2 full weeks for 3 people. They put a picture of a small plaza that is about 4 blocks down and it is not where this flat is at whatsoever. They couldn't leave a normal pillow for the sofa bed. We had to used what they left for a pillow which was a small throw pillow for decoration of the sofa. Very disappointed. I wouldn't rent this place again.
