The Rose 605: City Centre Studio with Views

Good location and the studio had everything I needed.

No visitors allowed during my stay - This was not communicated or visible on the Bookings.com page when viewed the property online. This should be communicated beforehand as I made a booking that was not refundable. I would have cancelled the booking because being so well travelled I never cam across such a ridiculous rule.

You can view the whole table mountain from this apartment! It’s in the 6th floor and there are also several windows where you can have the city view from different angles. Very safe and Perfect location in the city centre close to everything. I really liked my stay here and I think this place is worth way more than there are currently charging per night. It is exactly as they show it in the pictures on booking.com Don’t mind the few reviews at the moment- the place is new. Book it - you won’t regret.

It might not be suitable for those who want to have visitors over - maybe check with the property first in this case before booking. I personally didn’t mind it.

The location of the property is wonderful on the higher sides of Strand Street. It is even more breathtaking upon entering the building. I was mesmerized predominantly by the strength of the security measures that are in place. Very minimal and modern, yet clinical. Very clean place. I also loved that there's a Planet Fitness gym in the same building, and with a membership (or not), one could keep a consistent routine.

Overall, everything was amazing, with great value for money, and the staff was very helpful and would recommend it to anyone anytime.

It was too windy to use the pool 😔
