Apartment is 15 min walk to SM mall, it has all kitchen facility, and finally a nice bathroom, working and hot shower. Owner was very communicative, and supporting.

The bed sheet was full of hairs (i hope it has renewed!?). The duvet was for winter, very thick, not suitable for 30 degrees temperature outside, hence it had no cover (so everyone sleep with the same duvet??) Last, i would prefer to receive door code 1 day before i arrive, so wouldn't get the trouble to find it out on the door.

"Comfy unit with complete amenities"

The condo is a 1 bedroom unit with complete amenities — can cook, watch on a smart TV and swim (with a fee). Owner was very hands-on and caring. Would definitely book again when in MOA.

Hidden gem in Manila! Its strategic location is close to Mall of Asia. The room is cozy, impeccably clean, and well-equipped. Ate Monette, the host, always ensures a pleasant stay with her warm hospitality and helpful demeanor.
