Posizione e facilità di accesso

Abbiamo richiesto delle coperte, che non abbiamo mai ricevuto. La camera è molto piccola e c'è solo un divano letto, con pochissimo spazio per muoversi. Mancano alcune cose basilari, come il detersivo per i piatti, e nel complesso il prezzo richiesto è un po' troppo per i servizi ricevuti.

"Dissapointing and very basic stay I cant recommend"

It was quiet

The check in process- Only shortly before i arrived I was sent an online form which required passport photos bank details - I was on a train and this was very difficult. I had to fill it in 3 times as the form did not recognise UK or GB in its drop down menu. I was threatened that if the form was not completed then I would not be given access to the flat and would loose my money- is this legal? Very basic had to buy usb charger, no corkscrew that worked etc etc
