It’s the worst experience ever after I booked they said it’s unavailable and they did not apologize after discussion they said they can triple the price and I stay in shared room I refused of course they refused to refund me also their hotel in a place that very puzzled the attitude of the lady there is horrible and also the manager was kind of unhelpful and try to make me pay more for a room of 3 people unkind people worse service worse management and rude to Moroccan immigrants I have no photos to share cuz they said it’s unavailable I don’t understand why they poste it in booking as available

😻Khbiza the cat is so cute and cuddly. Just be careful of his nails, he scratched me a few times. 😻The location is in the Medina very close to the market, and most points of interest in Tetouan are within walking distance. 😻The hostel is in an old house with a patio and a well. There is also a rooftop with excellent views and a place to hang laundry. There are sitting corners on every floor. 😻The staff is very friendly and helpful. Adnan even went with me to help me buy honey which is a bit tricky to find in the Medina! 😻They have laundry service for an extra fee. If you give it in the morning it's ready for the same day. 😻The kitchen is well equipped. The only thing missing is a microwave, The use of the kitchen is also for an extra fee. 😻The Wi-Fi is good, and there are many tables for working on the computer. 😻There's a cleaning lady every day and the place is clean. 😻There are nice paintings all around the hostel.

😾They had Hitler's "Mein Kampf" on the bookshelf. After I complained they removed it and I never saw it again. 😾The dorm has no lockers, and the door can't be locked. While nothing was stolen, it feels a bit unsafe. 😾The dorm and the bathroom could use some paint. Though they started painting the tea room just before I left. 😾The day I arrived they had a physical fight about my early check-in.

The cat

This is not a good Riad. All the houses are full of dew, and the staff treat people like money, not guests. They told me that if I wanted air conditioning, I had to pay for it, even though I had booked a room with everything in advance. When I arrived, I was surprised to find many things different from the pictures. The staff there are unable to spare time and effort for their customers. The rooms are not suitable for sleeping, full of dew, which is harmful to your health. Even if they offer me a free night there again, I won't accept

The staff is very welcoming and kind

My stay at Riad Tarbea in Tetouan was truly unforgettable! From the very first moment, I felt like I was among family. Their warm welcome and kind treatment made me feel right at home. It was my first time visiting Tetouan, and I was pleasantly surprised by how open and friendly the people are. The place itself is incredibly charming, with beautiful artistic touches and traditional Moroccan heritage in every corner. Thank you from the heart for this wonderful experience — I can’t wait to come back! 🌿✨

It’s cute and in the market. Staff is friendly.

The dorm. The bed shakes so much everytime when I moved. The room barely revived the signal (both cellular data and WiFi). The bathroom is not really clean. It’s cold at night and no blanket just a very thin sheet.
