Guesthouse Hatenashi - Vacation STAY 22571v

Everything was perfect, the room was spacious and had a very comfortable queen sized bed, the place was quiet and you can get a good night sleep. The shared facilities are clean and the kitchen is quite big. I enjoyed a beautiful sunset in the porch. The guy working there was super friendly and helpful. A good location if you want to shorten the walk to Hongu.

The place is new and nice. Beds comfortable and showers spacious.

We were on the first floor, next to the kitchen and there was a bit of noice coming from the kitchen.

Comfortable & clean. Great to have had access to washing machine, tumble dryer & boot dryer after a long days walk in the rain!

It was a bit further away than I expected & not very well signposted as we walked from the track.

The facilities are new and everything works properly. It has a full kitchen and coffee. There is a grocery store next to it so we were able to get breakfast and dinner before it closes at 6:30 pm.

The owner forgot to leave key for our room but it was not a problem as we didn’t have to go out. We can lock the door from the inside. The owner was nice to tell us after he realized his mistake.

Very friendly and welcoming owner, clean, modern western style room. There are cooking facilities.

Have to catch a bus from the main centre to reach, about 5 minutes. Last one runs 5.00pm so need to be aware.

Excellent host and excellent food. Really nice atmosphere and a great place to stay. Lovely packed lunch for the following hiking day.

My room was next to the kitchen so every time other guests were in the kitchen I could hear them. That was the only downside.
