The only good thing that it is in a centre. But next time I would rather stay more far away from the center than staying in this apartment.

Unfortunately, this property did not meet my expectations. The listing did not mention that the apartment is located in a building that is very poorly maintained. There was an unpleasant smell in the common areas, the stairs were damaged, the elevator was in bad condition, and I even noticed cockroaches. The apartment itself also needs significant maintenance. The air conditioner drains water into a bottle that guests must empty manually. The shower and sink are cracked, and several power outlets are broken or damaged, which raised concerns about safety. I tried to address these issues with the host, but she was unwilling to cooperate or offer an alternative accommodation. For these reasons, I cannot recommend staying at this property.

Todo muy sucio,endredon con manchas ,ducha amarilla,y microondas asqueroso tuvimos que comprar vasos y vajilla de plástico y compra sábanas porque era asqueroso,encima es un 4 sin ascensor y el bloque da miedo de lo mal cuidado que estaba de vergüenza el detector de humo se caía solo pesimo

Está perfectamente ubicado, en pleno centro y cerca de la estación de cercanías. Los anfitriones son muy atentos y amables, siempre están disponibles ante cualquier duda.

El edificio es viejo y no está muy bien mantenido.

"Alojamiento solo para dormir"

La limpieza dentro del alojamiento, las instrucciones para ingresar y lo que decía el anuncio fue correcto.

La limpieza de la finca hasta llegar al alojamiento. Mucho mal olor, el ascensor que no funcionaba, el alojamiento está ubicado en el 4to piso, por lo que subir 4 pisos resulta muy incómodo.
