夜に到着したのですがカーナビ住所入力検索では辿り着けなく迷いました。

Clean, tidy self check was easy. Bedrooms have air conditioning, tv and comfortable beds The room facilities are practical: a basin, cabinet for toothpaste/brushes and shaver. Cupboard space in room to store clothes and personal property. shower facilities are : sex divided, cleaned daily. Towels provided for guests. Also showering products,.Laundry facilities are good: washing machine cost 300yen and 100 yen for dryer. Good communal area where a view of river and mountains which have a green covering of trees and plants,. Eagles can also be seen from the communal area's windows. Kitchen facilities are very good: electric cooker consists of: 2 X hobs a grill. Pots, pan, cutlery, crockery, kettle, coffee percolator, fridge and freezer accompany the kitchen. The property is cleaned regularly. There is a bus stop outside the property which links up with other transport networks just a few minutes away.A supermarket is 5 minutes away: has all the products for one's stay.The centre of town is one short bus stop outside the property, you could walk there in 10 minutes.

Space, uncrowded, comfortable beds/pillow, good kitchen

Simple and sufficient. Comfortable bed, sheets and bathroom clean, kitchen fully equipped. Though we checked in late in the evening, owner contacted and informed us of key access. When we came back fr a hike in a heavy downpour, the owner took out a shoe dryer! It was such a great help as it saved us from wearing soggy shoes the next day. Can't thank him enough. Allowed us to leave luggage at common area for a few hours on checkout day. Rooms have a view of a river and hills. Supermarket a minute's walk away.

Would appreciate soap for washing hands in shared toilets.

Super helpful host. New facilities. Had all we needed. Good location.

The view from the parking lot is the only saving grace of this place. Other than that there was a plus in that the host was responsive via whatsapp.

1) the rooms are small. The beds are not comfortable. Only one pillow provided per guest. 2) cooking own meals and cleaning up afterward 3) shared toilets not cleaned frequently 4) staff relatively absent. They only come twice a day to check on the place. They don't clean the kitchen. They don't clean the bathrooms. 5) loud yard maintenance being done before guests checkout.

Situated next to a grocery mart. Friendly staff. There weren't anybody around when we arrived but the person in charge responded promptly via WhatsApp and promised to arrive in 10 mins. Washing machine and dryer facilities available.

Too many things that could be improved on; other than the shared washing machine and kitchen facilities, almost everything else was mediocre: Towels provided were of really poor quality - not very absorbent; the fibres were even dropping out. I've gotten grey specks on my face and skin from the towel. No hangers provided in the room. I've got to use my own hangers to hang the towels in the room. There wasn't much room to hang the hangers either. No cups provided around the sinktop in the room to keep toothpaste/toothbrushes organised. No TV in room (there is one TV in the shared space where dining table was). No warm/hot water when I took an early morning shower the following day. One of the charging points in the room was faulty. Very loud whistling sound created by the slight beeeze coming in from the window (won't be a prob if one uses the aircon and shuts all windows). There were 3 units on the ground floor sharing 2 toilet bowls and 2 showers (we were the only ones downstairs that night so it was ok). There was a second floor above but I'm not sure if the units above are also sharing the same toilets and bathrooms. The machines in the laundry room were quite noisy so i imagine that it would be especially disturbing for the unit right outside the laundry room especially if other guests were using it late at night. Last but not least, i find the words "entire apartment" and "whole house" in the booking.com listing extremely misleading and inappropriate because you're essentially booking one room. Toilets and other facilities are shared. For the cost, I find this accomodation of very poor value.
